With the weather starting to warm, we wanted to feature some seasonal favourites from previous years to set us up for the most anticipated time of year in our beautiful city. As they say, April showers bring May flowers, and this month we are bringing back one special flower flavour that will make our guests sing with joy! It’s time to get outside, enjoy your favourite gelato and explore the city once again.
Lavender
We bring you this summer classic flavour in anticipation of the sunny days ahead! Lavender is a flowering plant that blooms in the hot summer months and is ground down and blended into our gelato mixture. Head outside and enjoy our refreshing take in gelato form – lightly floral and pleasant on your palate, Lavender is one of the most sought after speciality flavours of the year.
Kulfi
Originally known as a traditional Indian ‘ice cream’, we’ve recreated this unique flavour using rose water, cardamom, and pistachio. It’s creamy, crunchy and nutty goodness all in a single bite and truly lets you explore the unique flavour profiles of another culture!
Chocolate Orange
If milk chocolate is your Easter go to, then A signature twist on our famous chocolate gelato with blood orange, we finely shave the orange rind from the peel and add in pieces of fresh orange chunks coated in the finest chocolate. This aromatic flavour is a slight acidity and very rich in chocolatey goodness.
