Yuzu Citrus
Our Yuzu Citrus sorbetto is made with fresh citrus imported directly from Japan. Yuzu has a unique flavour profile that is similar to a grapefruit but with subtle mandarin overtones, making it a refreshing and bright addition to our menu.
The aroma of our Yuzu Citrus sorbetto is unmistakable, with a sweet and tangy scent that is sure to awaken your senses. The flavour is just as vibrant, with a bright citrus flavour that is both sweet and tart.
Buko Pandan
Our gelato base is infused with a combination of coconut milk and pandan juice overnight to steep, achieving the perfect balance of flavours. The result is a rich and indulgent gelato that is bursting with the unique taste of pandan leaves, giving it notes of corn and a subtle nuttiness.
The addition of creamy coconut milk adds a layer of sweetness to the mix, perfectly complementing the pandan’s distinct flavour profile. The resulting flavour is nothing short of heavenly!
