Next, our Ube Delight is back by popular demand! 💜 Made with the beloved root vegetable commonly used in Filipino cuisine, this gelato owes its vibrant purple hue to natural ube! With a sweet, nutty flavor profile and a velvety smooth, creamy texture, each scoop of our Ube Purple Yam gelato is a taste of cozy comfort. We’ve added chunks of white chocolate tempered with toasted coconut flakes, creating a fragrant coconut flavour that perfectly balances the sweet, earthy tones of the ube.
