We’ve got some incredible news to share with you and we can hardly contain our excitement!  Bella Gelateria is thrilled to announce the exclusive launch of our Pastry Collection, which is available at our Amazing Brentwood and Metrotown Mall locations as of Friday, November 17th, and we couldn’t be more excited to share these delectable creations with you!!

Our newest Italian desserts additions of made-in-house Italian pastries,

adds another sweet reason we would love to see you, or with your bff, your colleagues, or just a night out.

Elevate your taste experience with our Croccantino, a pastry inspired by the hazelnut cake of the Piedmont region in northern Italy.  Made from the finest Piedmont hazelnuts, it boasts a praline heart embraced by velvety white Belgian chocolate mousse.  The result is a flavour profile reminiscent of the beloved Ferrero Rocher chocolates, offering a harmonious balance of nutty sweetness.



Savour the flaky perfection of our Cannoncini, a large puff pastry cone that’s expertly handcrafted and baked in-house.  These northern Italian cream horns/tubes are a delightful marriage of crispy puff pastry and sumptuous Italian Chantilly pastry cream. Each layer of pastry offers an exquisite texture, delivering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that’s utterly indulgent.


Chocolate Orange Mousse:

Delight yourself in the fusion of flavours found in our Chocolate Orange Mousse.  This chocolate creation begins with a base of a moist chocolate cake, topped with a semi-sweet Belgian dark chocolate orange mousse, covered in a velvety cocoa glaze and candied orange pieces.  This dessert offers a perfect balance of chocolatey richness and citrus zing.


Matcha Made in Heaven:

Embark on a delightful journey with our Matcha Cake.  Nestled within is a heart of Italian Genoise sponge cake and a crown of luscious white chocolate mousse to enhance each bite.  The finishing touch includes a drizzle of neutral glaze and a sprinkle of our Italian pistacchio’s, making this dessert a work of art for the senses.


Lemon Tart:

Experience a harmonious blend of citrus in our Lemon Tart, straight from the region of Amalfi.  A rich and tangy lemon cream filling takes center stage, complemented by an exquisite Italian meringue topping, adding a perfect hint of sweetness to the tartness.  Encased in a perfectly baked pastry shell, it’s a symphony of flavours and textures that cater to the most discerning palates.

Almond Croissant:

As the French say ‘croissant’, in Italy we say ‘cornetto’, meaning “little horn”. Discover the allure of our Almond Croissant, a straight Italian croissant crafted and baked to perfection in our Brentwood Pastry kitchen.  Filled with a sumptuous almond cream, it offers a flaky and buttery pastry shell with a drizzle of almond cream and sweet sliced almonds on top.  This delightful pastry provides the ideal balance of textures, making it a truly indulgent treat for connoisseurs of fine baking.

Diplomatica Pastry:

Indulge in the velvety texture of our Diplomatica Pastry, a delightful Italian dessert that’s a symphony of flavours, featuring layers of flaky puff pastry, delicate sponge cake and a luscious pastry cream.  Each bite is a journey through multiple soft, creamy layers, harmonized with the sweet dusting of icing sugar on top.

Bella Brownie:

Satisfy your sweet tooth with or indulgent Bella Brownie.  Crafted in house, this delectable treat is a blend of three dark chocolates and coco powder, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and intensity.  The dense, fudgy texture is complemented by a thin layer of dark chocolate icing, ensuring each bite is a divine chocolate-lovers experience.
