To achieve an authentic Italian experience, this traditional and drool worthy sorbetto is best served from a classic pozetti, into either our cups or waffle cones.
The preparation of this sorbetto is a simple yet sophisticated process. The mangos are carefully peeled, pitted, and blended into a smooth puree. This puree is then combined with organic sugar cane, water and a few other ingredients (our little secret) to form a sweet and tangy mixture. The mixture is then poured into our authentic Carpigiani gelato machine until it’s been churned to perfection.
When it is time to serve, the mango sorbetto is carefully scooped using an authentic gelato paddle into a cup or waffle cone, and the vibrant colour and smooth texture of the sorbetto make it a visually stunning and appetizing dessert.
