We infuse the lavender flowers in fresh milk overnight, allowing their fragrance and unique flavour to infuse the gelato base. The result is a creamy and decadent white gelato, with little specks of fragrant lavender throughout, giving it a nice sweet and fragrant flavour.
Chocolate Cherry
Indulge in our latest chocolate creation, a decadent twist on our beloved 63% dark chocolate gelato, infused with semi-candied Amarena cherries from Italy.
This sinfully sweet treat boasts a perfect balance of rich chocolate and tangy cherry flavours, delivering a taste sensation of sweet and sour, making it the perfect combination for someone with a savoury profile.
