December Flavours of the Month

Hello December!

Its our favorite time of the year – Christmas!!

We are so excited to spend this special time with friends and family, as there is so much to be thankful for, and we are really thankful to our wonderful guests for their love of gelato!

This month our focus was on trying to emulate all the things we love about Christmas.


A delicious gelato truly inspired by a classic Christmas drink. We choose the finest eggnog on the market, made with whole egg yolks, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla, and whipped into what dreams are made of.

This light, creamy and very rich gelato will leave your tongue singing sweet Christmas carols!

Noir Fondant (99% Chocolate)

You don’t have to miss the most healthy way of having a treat before your new Years resolution. Without the additional sugar and butter, this 99% cocoa gelato will bring the chocolate tasting experience to another level.

Ivory White Chocolate

Using the most luxurious brand from France, we use the finest white chocolate chips to make our Ivory gelato, with a sprinkle of organic roasted, salted pecans. If you have a sweet tooth, this this is 100% for you!

Velvety smooth, chewy and a total flavour explosion.

Pandoro (Italian Cake)

A classic Italian Christmas recipe. A soft and simple sweetbread that is almost a cake. In addition to mixing the sweetbread in the gelato base, we also sprinkle pieces of Pandoro throughout for that chunky texture.
