Lavender
Indulge in the delicate floral notes of our Lavender gelato, a springtime favourite that’s as light as it is creamy.
Using the freshest lavender flowers from France, we infuse the flowers in fresh milk overnight, allowing their fragrance and unique flavour to infuse the gelato. Close your eyes, take a spoonful, and let the floral aroma transport you to a blooming lavender field under the warm spring sun.
