Let’s Get Our Hot Chocolate On!

Its the time we’ve been waiting all year for – the 13th Annual Hot Chocolate Festival is in full swing starting from January 14th to February 14th!

This year, Bella Gelateria is beyond excited to participate and we have 3 decadent hot chocolates available at our Robson Street & English Bay locations for our amazing guests to enjoy! We absolutely love offering new and unique creations and this year we will not disappoint.

Picante Chocolate

Milk Chocolate with Tumeric, Ginger & Cayenne pepper is made by mixing our triple spice mix with Michel Cluziel 45% Milk Chocolate to create this unique hot chocolate drink.  

The drink will come with whipped cream on top if requested.

On the side: cannoli filled with Madagascar vanilla gelato.

Purple Dream

White Chocolate and Ube is made by mixing our Filipino ube paste with Michel Cluziel Elianza 33% Ivory chocolate to create this unique hot chocolate.  We slow cook the ube until it becomes smooth with no clumps and then we melt it inside the hot chocolate.

The drink will come with whipped cream on top if requested.

On the side: cannoli filled with coconut gelato.

Cherry Bomb

Dark Chocolate with Amarena Cherry is made by mixing our sweet and tart amarena cherries with Michel Cluziel 63% Dark Chocolate to create this unique hot chocolate drink.  

The drink will come with whipped cream on top if requested and an amarena cherry drizzle.

On the side: cannoli filled with dark chocolate sorbetto.
