February Flavours of the Month

Hello February!

For the month of love, we really want you to fall head over heels for these flavours!  Thinking of their different palates and textures, our chefs specially curated these three flavours to emulate their fond childhood memories and what February means to them.

This time of year is also especially important as we celebrate Chinese New Year, which brings luck, prosperity and good fortune.  Kung Hei Fat Choi!


What is Valentines Day without chocolate?!  Telling a person you love them is as simple as offering them our traditional Bacio gelato – a delicate chocolate and hazelnut surprise. 

In Italy there’s a saying that it’s not Valentine’s Day without chocolate hazelnut, so to celebrate, we’re bringing back our famous Bacio!

White Rabbit Candy

Like the name implies, White Rabbit Candy is a traditional Chinese milk candy that many young children grew up eating.  This milky candy is delicious yet semi-sweet, and is sure to be nostalgic!

To celebrate this Chinese New Year, Year of the Tiger, we incorporated this creamy treat into our gelato to bring back the best in childhood memories.

Golden Cadillac

A famous cocktail and after-dinner drink, our Golden Cadillac pairs perfectly with sweets or desserts. It’s made from Galliano, an Italian herbal liqueur and creme de cacao.  It’s sweet and complex, with a strong vanilla flavour and notes of anise, juniper and cinnamon.

We added in a hint of saffron to bring out the elegant gold colours and giving it a slightly floral note.
