Originating from the city Bologna, the first recipe of the mortadella pizza dates back to the 1600’s, so we had to share a slice of history with you!
The Bologna Pizza includes Mortadella, 24-month aged Parmiggiano-Reggiano, Mozzarella & Crushed Pistachio’s on an Italian-style crust
Each pizza is made with Type 1 flour and undergoes a 24 hour dough fermentation process, making it easier to digest and enjoy. Using cold pressed Italian tomatoes mixed with fresh garlic for the pizza sauce and Italian mozzarella, our pizzas contain absolutely no additives, no sugar and is 100% all natural and simply delicious!
All pizza’s come in either a 9″ Small or 12″ Large size and baked in a traditional stone oven to give an authentic Italian experience.
