Our premium gelatos and sorbettos are one-third of the fat compared to ice cream, and we have nut-free, gluten-free and dairy-free options to ensure people of all dietary restrictions are able to enjoy our delicious treats.

Made with 100% all-natural ingredients, our gelatos contain local Avalon dairy milk, fresh fruits and berries from local farms, and a variety of nuts and spices. We only create small batches, using only the finest ingredients to ensure true artisanship of Italian gelato making.
