Catering & "The Cart"
Bella’s handmade gelato cart from Italy is truly a work of art and is something we are very proud of. We are happy to make it available for wedding parties, corporate events, conferences and charity activities. Simply tell us how many people you need to serve, and together we figure out the 6 flavours you would like to make available. We then get to work and supply everything but the guests – that part we leave up to you.

Chef’s Program & Menu Pairing
Working together with local discerning chefs in our ‘Labratorio’, we will help you to create your own gelato or sorbetto for your restaurant, hotel or catered event. We are happy to make something you have in mind and will work with you to create a gelato to pair with your menu. We will handcraft your gelato using our Effe, creating a beautiful smooth and creamy flavour, and deliver it to your Vancouver location 6 days a week. We are happy to share our ‘lab’ to make your gelato!

Wholesale
Thank you for your enquiries, but actually we do not believe in selling our gelato wholesale. We have gone to great efforts to make and store gelato in its perfect form in an old-world style found in some of the best gelateria’s in Italy. We do not believe in quantity over quality or putting our gelato in display cases where the air, humidity, temperature and odours make it less than perfect. We think our customers deserve the best and we just cannot repeat everything we have built in our gelateria for the sake of selling more gelato in more places. As supporters of the slow food movement, we think gelato should not be about how fast or how much you can make. Of course, you're still welcome to come by and slow down any time!
